Among the good news of the day, notably, is the return to the ice of defenseman David Savard.

Savard has not yet reached the stage of practicing with his teammates, but he was on the ice before the team’s morning practice. It’s still a significant step in the right direction for him.

This also means that Kent Hughes will have to make a decision, and it’s likely that Gustav Lindstrom will be the one affected, or Jayden Struble. It remains a good problem for the organization.
